A Large Leisure and Entertainment Site
The client operates a large leisure destination employing approximately 17,000 people.
The site includes a wide range of facilities supporting daily operations, technical functions and visitor services.
Operational continuity and security procedures are central to the way the site is managed.
Legacy Documentation and Technical Constraints
The system transition revealed limitations in the existing CAD documentation.
Certain exported drawings were not compatible with the standards required for the new environment.
In addition, the work had to be conducted under several constraints:
-
strict security procedures
-
limited on-site access
-
hosting and system restrictions
Reconstructing the Documentation
AREMIS carried out a complete redraw of the relevant building plans in a compliant CAD format.
Work was organised between off-site preparation and controlled validation sessions on site.
Temporary repositories were used for the project and secured according to the client’s requirements.
Delivering a Structured Documentation Base
The project resulted in:
-
200,000+ m² of plans redrawn and standardised
-
documentation compatible with the new system environment
-
delivery within the agreed timeframe
