Does Eptura Visitor integrate with Microsoft Teams and Google?
Eptura Visitor works with MS Teams and Google. The application integrates with both systems, but Teams is only used to send notifications. For now, it is not possible to book guests using MS Teams. Google uses Eptura Visitor’s generic calendar integration to book visits. Currently, there is no Google-specific calendar integration.
When a customer has both Eptura Workplace and Visitor, and the integration is enabled, do they need to switch between platforms to register a visitor?
The integration allows the customer to do everything in either Eptura Workplace or Eptura Visitor.
How does Eptura Visitor handle multiple visitors with different roles and access requirements?
Eptura Visitor lets you customise workflows based on each visitor’s requirements. For example, if visitors from a specific company have different requirements, you can create a workflow that asks for the company name, then sends different questions, documents or videos depending on the company they selected.
Are there alerts when a visitor has a special request?
You can create alerts for specific visitor groups, for example a VIP group. This is done via the Watchlist feature. A notice can also be added for the reception team when a visit is booked via the dashboard or the Outlook add-in.
Is there an integration cost if the customer already has Eptura Visitor and Workplace?
If a customer has both products, there is no cost to set up the integration.
What happens if a visitor forgets to check out or return their badge?
With the access control manager, you can set time restrictions so that cards automatically deactivate after a certain period. You can also set a check-out time for all visitors.
How does Eptura Visitor handle different visitor access levels (contractors, visitors, interviewees)?
Reception can issue different badge types for different categories of visitors.
