Head of Workplace Digital Solutions (WDS)

AREMIS is seeking a strategic and technically strong leader to head its Workplace Digital Solutions (WDS) practice in Belgium (North).

 

This is a high-impact role combining people leadership, economic responsibility and client governance within a fast-growing European consultancy.

 

You will drive IWMS and digital workplace transformation projects for major corporate clients while scaling AREMIS’ digital pillar toward its 2035 ambitions.

Mission & Responsibilities

Role Mission

The Head of WDS Belgium (North) leads and develops the Belgian (North) WDS team, ensures project profitability, guarantees delivery quality, optimizes staffing and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and structure the WDS team

• Ensure positive economic balance across projects (bonus/malus discipline)

• Validate scope, volumes and pricing before client submission

• Monitor staffing and occupancy targets

• Manage escalations and participate in Steering Committees

• Support Account Managers in client farming and roadmap building

About you

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Engineering or similar

• Strong technical background in IWMS / enterprise software

• 8–15 years of experience in digital transformation or software implementation

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams

• Experience with large Belgian (North) corporate clients

Inspires and develops teams, enforces accountability, drives performance discipline and bridges strategy with operational delivery.
