Mission & Responsibilities
Role Mission
The Head of WDS Belgium (North) leads and develops the Belgian (North) WDS team, ensures project profitability, guarantees delivery quality, optimizes staffing and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach and structure the WDS team
• Ensure positive economic balance across projects (bonus/malus discipline)
• Validate scope, volumes and pricing before client submission
• Monitor staffing and occupancy targets
• Manage escalations and participate in Steering Committees
• Support Account Managers in client farming and roadmap building
About you
Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Engineering or similar
• Strong technical background in IWMS / enterprise software
• 8–15 years of experience in digital transformation or software implementation
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Experience with large Belgian (North) corporate clients
